Madercon refurbishes houses, premises and buildings in Málaga and Spain: structural strengthening, new sheltered roofs, annexes and joinery. In-house technical team, on site with the architect when there is one.
Timber refurbishment is not a lining. It is intervening in structure, water package and junctions so the existing building gains light, span and durability. If the roof is replaced, new timber is not left in the rain.
We work for families and for technicians. Valley, eave and plinth are settled in the workshop, not by eye on site.

Refurbish without leaving timber to water
On an existing building the risk is the junction: old roof, wet wall, short eave. The job starts with the water package.
- Roof. Package replacement: cladding, membrane and sheet junctions. The new or strengthened beam stays under cover.
- Structure. Strengthening or replacement with glulam or CLT when the design allows.
- Annex. New timber volume on the existing: terrace, study, gallery. The plinth stops water climbing.
- Interior. Exposed beams, joinery and junctions with stone or ceramic.

Yes. We refurbish houses, premises and buildings in Málaga and Spain, with our own technical team and with the architect when there is one.
Can an old roof be replaced without leaving timber in the rain?
Yes. The new package has cladding, membrane and sheet junctions. The structure stays under cover.
Do you only do timber, or the full refurbishment?
The core is timber: structure, roof, pergola, visible interior. We coordinate trades when the job is full-scope.
Do you work with architects and interior designers?
Yes. We deliver junction detail, not only the piece.
