  • Modular systems: CLT, glulam or framing, from detail to fabrication and assembly.
  • Documentation of joints, tolerances and junctions that take water away.
  • Spanish; technical English valued.

Timber structure erector

Structure assembly in the workshop and on site: CLT panels, glulam and framing. Load-bearing timber works under cover.

  • At least 5 years erecting timber structures, not finish carpentry only.
  • Reading assembly drawings, levels, anchors and roof junctions.
  • Travel to works in Andalusia and Spain, based in Málaga.

Site management and trade coordination in general construction. Building craft, not only on-screen planning.

  • At least 10 years in general construction (building, not only minor refurbishment).
  • Architectural technician, building engineering or equivalent.
