Does Madercon only build houses and pergolas?
No. Workshop and assembly cover camping, urbanisation, buildings and resorts. The single house is a line, not the ceiling of the firm.
Are these images delivered works?
Only those marked “Built”. Plaza Mayor and Ocean Village are. Camping, urbanisation and shared ownership are illustrated with studies; Veridian is not an open resort.
Do you sell shared ownership or weeks?
No. We build and, with a mandate, promote. Share sales are not done from madercon.net.
Does structural timber sit in the rain?
Not on roofs or covered pergolas. Water is taken outside: cladding, membrane and junctions. Detail on timber roofs.
