Every job has one person in charge at Madercon, who coordinates the project and is your point of contact.
We put together the team for each job with the specialists it needs. Before you sign, we introduce you to everyone who will be involved and set out in writing who answers for what.

We can do it all
or step in where needed.
We check whether the project is viable, define it with the architect, contract with comparable bids, build in timber and prepare the maintenance plan. Each part is commissioned separately.

When a building will have many owners, it pays for the client to see the real cost, for the works to be handed over in finished phases and for there to be an inspection plan from day one.
That is how we approach these commissions.
How we approach it
- A paid preliminary study that ends with a written recommendation: go ahead or stop.
- Open-book construction: the client sees the real cost of each trade, and the fee separately.
- Several comparable bids for each trade, and payment for work that is done and certified.
- An inspection and maintenance plan from handover.
