Study
Camping and glamping
Light timber lodging: safari tent, pod, A-frame, cabin. A campsite is not a house repeated: it is a system of units, paths, services and phased assembly.
A paid initial study to define layout, units, shared spaces and phases. Roofs, water and ground junctions are coordinated with specialists; fabrication and assembly are assessed with suppliers. The images are studies.
Housing developments
Housing or lodging groups on a plot: streets, terraces and mixed types. Madercon studies the brief and coordinates design, costs and procurement with the developer and specialists for each assignment.
The study relates homes to access, services, outdoor spaces and maintenance. Veridian (Álora) explores this direction as an accommodation concept, not an open development.
Buildings
Long-span structure and roof in commercial and residential work. Plaza Mayor (Málaga) and Ocean Village (Gibraltar) are built. The organic building is a volume study.
We study timber, hybrid systems and structural alternatives with the project specialists. The assignment can include definition, costs, procurement and delivery coordination, according to the agreed scope.
Shared ownership and residences
We study the building and shared spaces for a shared-use programme: resort, branded residence or holiday rentals. Use and operation help define the project.
The real-estate product is set by the client or developer. Madercon can study the building system and development management. Property development is assessed per assignment, with defined responsibilities, resources and funding. Veridian is a conceptual study, not a sales offer.

Do you sell shared ownership or weeks?
No. We study construction and development projects with an agreed scope. Share sales are not done from madercon.net.
