Camping, urbanisations, buildings and shared ownership
The house and the pergola are one part. The workshop also cuts and the crew also assembles large programmes: a campsite, a timber urbanisation, a building or a shared-use resort. What you see here is capacity. Built photos say so; renders do not.

Study
Camping and glamping
Light timber lodging: safari tent, pod, A-frame, cabin. A campsite is not a house repeated: it is a system of units, paths, services and phased assembly.
Design, prefabrication and assembly of the units and of shared pavilions. Water, roof and ground junction are settled in the workshop. Images in this line are studies.
Urbanisations
Housing or lodging sets on a plot: streets, terraces, mixed types. Madercon comes in as architecture, structure and assembly — not as a plot seller.
A timber masterplan asks the same criteria as a house: span, junction and water package, at another scale. Veridian (Álora) is a study of this kind, not an open urbanisation.
Buildings
Long-span structure and roof in commercial and residential work. Plaza Mayor (Málaga) and Ocean Village (Gibraltar) are built. The organic building is a volume study.
CLT, glulam and junctions with steel or stone. The workshop cuts; assembly travels. A timber building is not a façade trim: it is the structure.
Shared ownership and residences
We build the fabric of a shared-use programme: resort, branded residence, rental pool. We do not sell weeks or shares from this site.
The real-estate product is set by the client or promoter. Madercon supplies the system (pods, villas, building) and, with land and a mandate, the promotion. Veridian is a study of that fit, labelled as a venture, not as a sale.
Questions about scale
Does Madercon only build houses and pergolas?
No. Workshop and assembly cover camping, urbanisation, buildings and resorts. The single house is a line, not the ceiling of the firm.
Are these images delivered works?
Only those marked “Built”. Plaza Mayor and Ocean Village are. Camping, urbanisation and shared ownership are illustrated with studies; Veridian is not an open resort.
Do you sell shared ownership or weeks?
No. We build and, with a mandate, promote. Share sales are not done from madercon.net.
